These Are Your Tasks
- Handling 2nd and 3rd level support requests
- Installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of Microsoft server environments
- Error analysis and processing of customer enquiries
- Support and implementation of IT projects
- Administration of various applications
- System maintenance and development as well as support in the operation of complex Microsoft environments
- Supporting and advising customers in the planning and further development of servers and networks
- Active participation in the further development of internal processes
- You are adaptable and willing to learn
- You are familiar with Windows Server, Exchange, MS365, Veeam, Fortinet or Sophos
- You enjoy working in a team and are quick on the uptake
- You like to take responsibility for partial or complete projects
- Your way of working is always structured, careful and results-oriented
- You want to develop yourself and customer networks
- You have experience in the IT sector
