Areas of responsibilities:

• Create, lead and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to improve brand visibility
• Oversee brand management, market research and product launch strategies
• Lead digital and traditional marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, SEO, advertising and promotional strategies
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize marketing effectiveness and ensure maximum return on investment
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product development to ensure marketing efforts
• Develop and manage marketing budget to ensure strategic resource allocation for maximum return on investment in marketing initiatives
  
  

Profile of qualifications:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in international marketing and in-depth knowledge of marketing operating standards and processes
• Comprehensive marketing know-how with a strong focus on trade marketing
• Knowledge of marketing operating standards and processes
• Affinity to lifestyle and design
• Fluent business English and willingness to travel
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial spirit and high level of commitment
• Down-to-earth and practice-oriented mindset and strong networking skills
