In dieser Stelle wirst du folgende Verantwortlichkeiten haben:
- Erstellung, Optimierung und Pflege der Managementdokumentation sowie der QM-Dokumentation: dies beinhaltet alle qualitätsrelevanten Prozesse und Dokumente für die Unternehmensbereiche der Gustav Klauke GmbH
- Aufbau und Pflege der QS-Intranetseite
- Zusammenführung und Visualisierung von Daten und Kennzahlen ggf. über DOMO
- Überarbeitung der notwendigen Dokumente in Zusammenarbeit mit der jeweiligen Abteilung
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung/ Qualitätsmanagement
- Umgang mit einem ERP- System, vorzugsweise SAP
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zuverlässige, eigenverantwortliche sowie strukturierte und methodische Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
