Working Student – HR Direct

We have a colorful bouquet of interesting and varied topics for you in the field of HR administration and HR management. You will be part of our HR Advisor team and support us in handling tickets in IAV's HR portal. This portal is used by all IAV employees as the first point of contact for HR questions. You can expect an extremely varied workday in a highly motivated team. You will interact with IAV employees both through tickets and in person, supporting our team in regards to all HR inquiries. This position is an ideal first step into the HR field because you will get to know an extremely wide area of HR work.

Your Tasks

• You will handle tickets in the IAV HR portal independently and with support when needed.
• You will maintain and expand the internal HR knowledge base.
• You will work on smaller HR projects.
• You will assist in optimizing HR processes.
  
  

Necessary Skills

• Ongoing studies in economics, social sciences, or law
• Good German and English skills at a minimum B2 level
  
  

Desired Skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Independent working style, commitment, and teamwork skills
  
  

The remuneration is based on our collective agreement. Currently, the hourly wage for this position is 17.52 EUR.
