- Event Coordination: Help plan and organize team events, calls, workshops, hackathons, and more
- Promoting HR IT initiatives: Develop creative ideas to enhance the visibility and reputation of the HR IT department by promoting projects and initiatives across the organization
- Project Ownership: Take responsibility for smaller projects and contribute your own ideas to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Project Support: Assist in managing and tracking ongoing HR IT projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide flexible support in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
You are studying Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business, or a comparable degree program or are in your gap year. In addition you have the following knowledge and skills:
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating uncertain and evolving circumstances
- Quick Learner: Ability to grasp complex topics quickly and apply them effectively
- Proactive Mindset: You take initiative, contribute innovative ideas, and anticipate team needs
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Communication & Organizational Skills: Enjoy working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: A solution-focused approach with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Creativity: Think outside the box to find innovative solutions and new approaches
