Areas of responsibilities:
- Analyze crash test results and uncover the physical principles behind them
- Develop simplified physical models and validate them through static and dynamic tests
- Create clear, standardized reports to communicate findings effectively
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and quality teams to enhance product safety
- Work alongside senior analysts to ensure accuracy and efficiency in testing
- Ensure compliance with child seat safety standards from concept to approval
- Support scientific studies on child safety with external research institutes
- Stay updated on the latest crash test methodologies and safety innovations
- A degree in Physics, Applied Mathematics or related field - recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Passion for safety testing, innovation, and continuous learning
- Good technical understanding and eagerness to apply theoretical knowledge
- Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills
