(Junior) Employee (m/f/d) in IT Project Management

(Junior) employee (m/f/d) in the area of IT project management

Your main tasks

• You work on various IT projects and take on your own projects
• You actively shape the digitalization of our business processes
• One of your first projects will be to set up and manage a license and contract management system
• You will be responsible for procurement projects in the area of hardware
• You are the contact person for commercial issues in the IT project management team
• You bundle and negotiate our existing contracts/licenses with IT service providers
• For other projects, you will be responsible for developing the requirements in collaboration with the specialist departments
• You will focus on commercial management, compliance with project goals and the planning of work packages
  
  

Your profile

• You have a degree in business administration or business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in the field of project management
• You have a high affinity for IT and find it easy to understand IT processes
• You are familiar with project management methodologies (classic, agile and hybrid)
• You have very good communication skills and enjoy working with people
• You are responsible, work in a structured and independent manner
• We expect you to be confident with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
