The Role
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Marketing team in activating key athlete and brand partners, coordinating consumer on-site events and assist in executing on product launches.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Marketing team in activating key athlete and brand partners, coordinating consumer on-site events and assist in executing on product launches.

What You Will Do
- Assist the EMEA Sr. Marketing Manager and Lifestyle Marketing Manager in the athlete, event and resort management as well as media production projects
- Leverage relationship and track deliverables with partners and organizations to ensure maximum return of investment for GoPro.
- Support on content evaluation and alignment with US HQ team.
- Develop and maintain sports overview files which includes all athletes, events, resorts and activations;
- Coordinate product pool for the EMEA Marketing team: product forecasting, order processing, product seeding, shipments and inventory management.
- Support the EMEA marketing team on product launches.
- Handling of sponsorship requests and make decisions to offer Pro Deals, No Deals, or forward to Sports Marketing Manager.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking the athlete seeding program throughout EMEA.
- Administration tasks: emails, invoicing and coordinating trips and content shoots, external warehouse management, loan and production equipment management.
- Self-motivated, willing to work hard, hands on, collaborative and interested in emerging trends.
- You are humorous, willing to learn and have a passion for sports, outdoors and travels.
- Highly-motivated individual who is capable of working in the details while ensuring the overall is on strategy.
- Capable of managing/supporting multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
