Key Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of significant international business development projects, including exploring new business opportunities, entering new markets, conducting market reviews, and forming strategic partnerships.
- Analyze business development activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in international markets.
- Manage project assignments independently in various countries across Europe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, such as country managers, key account managers, and brand managers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.
- Degree in sales, business development or other related fields.
- Initial professional international experience in the FMCG or pharma sector, preferably in business development or sales.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various international locations to meet with partners, stakeholders, and team members, adapting to different cultural and business environments.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Ideally, an affinity for AI tools and its possible applications.
